About Natasha
Everyday I take my passion for cooking and wellness and turn it into delightful plates for my guests, their families and friends. I have been cooking since I can remember. Hobby to career (and still hobby), I am a graduate of the Personal Chef Program from IAP, Manager Food Safety Certified and have worked in several outstanding restaurants with experience in both front and back of house services, specializing in management. I have catered everything from casual luncheons to high end and top notch private dinner parties and weddings throughout the years all over Michigan. I enjoy cooking healthy yet delicious food and using quality ingredients that fit our local seasons here in northwestern Michigan. I can’t ask for a more rewarding career than to cook for the families and friends of this beautiful state!

Personal Chef Natasha takes care of the time consuming tasks of meal planning, shopping and cooking healthful cuisine that is ready when you are. All meals can be made Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free, and Allergen Free. I prefer to use the freshest and most locally sourced ingredients possible to reflect the beauty of the surrounding northwestern Michigan area. Coming together at the dinner table is carefree with masterfully prepared meals at the ready. Meals everyone will love and remember.
We create specialty Italian Sodas using ICE products that come in a large variety of tasty flavors, have no added sugars or artificial dyes, caffeine optional, dairy optional and sold at your local Meijer!
Personal Chef Natasha provides customizable in home service options to suit your needs for one easy all-inclusive fee. All services include customized menu planning, the cost of groceries, shopping, cooking in your home, packaging and storing all of your meals in your refrigerator/freezer, heating instructions and a sparkling clean kitchen upon completion. Your peace of mind is also guaranteed, so you can relax and go about your busy day.
Step 1: Consultation
Personal Chef Natasha will conduct a one-on-one, personalized intake consultation in person or by phone, which provides an opportunity to learn you likes/dislikes, allergies, preferences and anything else that will enable her to create Ah-mazing menus and outta this world food, just for you!
Step 2: Menu Planning
Many options are available to create any lifestyle accommodations you are needing – Vegan, GF, RSF, NF, DF, Allergen Free, Paleo, Keto and more using only organic and local ingredients whenever possible, each menu created for you will be personalized with your tastes and preferences in mind. Personal Chef Natasha uses the latest in dietary cooking techniques and utilizes the best in quality products found on the market. Menus are always approved by you first.
Step 3: Cook Day
This is where the fun begins! On the prearranged cook day, I shop for your ingredients that morning assuring the freshest products are used. After selecting your bounty of fresh food, I will head to your house and your kitchen* for several hours of personalized meal prep. All meals are packaged into the serving size you prefer and are waiting for you to simply follow the heating instructions and eat the moment you get hungry!
*We will require the sole use of your kitchen on cook day.
